Abstarct: Abusive leadership, which is known as one of the obvious forms of the emergence of destructive leadership. In particular, abusive supervision is a social problem and has always existed in work environments and organizations, and it can impose a lot of financial and non-financial costs (spiritual and psychological damage) on the organization and employees. On the other hand, organizational citizenship behavior and its factors seem necessary due to the importance of such behavior to respond to changing factors in today's turbulent and dynamic markets and environments. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of abusive supervision on the citizenship behavior and enthusiasm of the employees of sports and youth departments. The current method was cross-sectional due to the descxriptive-correlational nature of the research. The statistical population was the researchers of all sports and youth departments in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Kohkiloye and Boyer Ahmed provinces, and all 106 people were selected as a sample using the sampling method. The research tools were the 3 standard questionnaires of abusive supervision by Schmidt (2008), work harmony by Utrecht et al. (2003) and citizenship behavior by Oregon and Kanowski (1989). Structural equations with variance-oriented analysis were used to check the research hypotheses. SPSS23 and Smart-PLS 3.2.8 software were used for data analysis in the present study. Also, work harmony has a direct and significant effect on citizenship behavior. Regarding the impact of abusive supervision on citizenship behavior, the mediating role of reconciliation was confirmed. According to the results of the research, in order to encourage employees to adopt organizational citizenship behaviors, leaders should behave offensively and by worrying their employees, motivate them to show voluntary or extra-role behaviors in addition to their main duties.
